I fell into a slumber and she appeared.
I knew not who she was or from whence she came.
She stood naked and transparent wings outstretched.
She was foreign to me; trepidation came

but she beckoned me

Becoming
Although we live in this continual flux of what is rising is simultaneously passing away, we can live in the face of impermanence with the HOPE of knowing that we are a part of this primordial energy; it cannot be destroyed. Our loved ones that have passed on are part of this story. We can look at passing this life as the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next. Believe that the lives we create, the people we touch, and the memories we make are not in vain. The story lives on. Our impermanence is not the end. It is only the end of one stage that gives birth to the next. We are all a part of this primordial energy that births this cosmic dance of life!
